This Privacy Policy explains how Topor Trade Academy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the Topor Trade Academy mobile application (the “App”).
Information Processed
The App itself does not ask you to submit personal information to use the core features. However, third-party services used by the App may process certain information as described below.

Not collected by us: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as precise location, health data, government IDs, or payment card numbers). If you email support, we will receive the information you send in that email.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob and its partners may process identifiers and usage information to provide, measure, and protect ads.
- Tracking permission (ATT): If the App requests permission to track, you can allow or deny it. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings.
- Personalized ads: Depending on your device settings and region, ads may be personalized. You may be able to limit personalization through your device settings and Google’s ad settings (where available).

Lesson Content (Firebase)
The App loads lesson content (for example, JSON files) from Firebase as a content backend. This is used to deliver learning material to the App.
- Firebase may process standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver content securely and reliably.
- We do not use Firebase for user profiles or login for the App’s core features.

- Provide the App and deliver lesson content.

- Respond to support emails you send.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase) to operate ads and deliver content.
- For legal reasons if required by law or valid legal process.
- For safety/security to protect users, the public, and our services.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Advertising and content-delivery data may be retained according to Google’s retention practices.
Your Choices
- Tracking: Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings (if applicable).
- Ads: You may be able to limit ad personalization via device settings and Google ad settings (where available).
- Stop data processing: You can uninstall the App to stop further data being processed by the App.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
